The tour itinerary and timing is subject to change based on weather conditions on the day of travel.

Cancellation Policy

50% refund for cancellations made within 48hours of tour departure. No refund for cancellations made within 24hrs of departure.

Medical Conditions / Impairments and Disabilities

All Bad Fishy Jet Boat ride participants must disclose any medical condition prior to traveling with Cairns Adventure Group. Be aware that some medical conditions may exclude people from participating in our jet boat tours. Please note anyone who is pregnant is unable to ride.

Liability Release Forms

The Bad Fishy Jet Boat ride contains a certain element of risk and all participants must sign an Assumption Of Risk Form prior to the tour. People traveling under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian to be able to sign this form prior to travel. The Assumption Of Risk Form forms part of the Ride Operator’s terms and conditions for participation in the ride. If you do not agree to sign the Assumption Of Risk Form you cannot participate in the ride and if payment has already been made a refund will be organised for you to the maximum value of your purchased ticket.

Bad Fishy Jet Boat Ride – Minimum Height Requirements

Customers for our Bad Fishy Jet Boat ride must be a minimum of 1.1m tall to participate.

Delivery Policy

Once a booking is confirmed and payment received, your travel time will be confirmed. The tour starts and ends at Marlin Marina.

Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details

All online transactions are processed on a secure payment page (SSL Server Certificate). The Cairns Adventure Group do not handle your credit card details. Secure credit card payments are processed by our booking engine supplier experienceoz.com.au/en

Credit Card Payments

All transactions will be processed in AUD. The Card holder and Credit Card used in this booking must be present on the day of the tour to sign and verify the use of their card for this booking. Should the Card holder or Credit Card not be present on the day of travel then another form of payment must be made. If this happens then the original amount will be refunded onto the credit card minus $2.00 for transaction fees. If the Credit Card holder is not present on the tour then the tour operator reserves the right to take payment in full on the day or cancel the customers tour and the relevant cancellation policies would apply.
